How to measure your waist:
Many of us underestimate our waist size. Make sure you use a tape measure and use your fingers
to feel for your bottom rib and the top of your hip bone and measure around your body directly
between these two points.
What is BMI? BMI is a simple way to check if your weight is
healthy for your height. Keep in mind, it is not as accurate if
you are very tall or do a lot of weight training or body building.
